Fair questions

What's the catch with the $5,000 credit?
There isn’t one — the math is just honest. You do the browsing you already love doing, which makes our work more efficient, and we pass those savings back. The credit is put in writing up front, applied through escrow on your Closing Disclosure, and subject to lender approval on financed purchases.
Is a closing credit like this even allowed?
Yes. Agent credits to buyers are legal in California and long-encouraged by the U.S. Department of Justice as pro-competitive. Everything is disclosed in writing to all parties and flows through escrow — nothing under the table.
Do I still get full representation?
Completely. Comps, offer strategy, negotiation, inspections, disclosures, escrow management — the credit changes what you get back at closing, not what we do for you.
Am I locked in if I sign up?
No. California caps buyer representation agreements at three months with no auto-renewal — and we’d rather earn the renewal than rely on fine print anyway.
I've already found a home I love. Can I still use this?
That’s the best-case scenario — the browsing is done. Bring us the address and we’ll take it from strategy through closing, credit included.
How is my credit amount determined?
The credit is 0.5% of the purchase price — $5,000 on a $1M home, $7,500 at $1.5M, $10,000 at $2M. You’ll see your exact figure in writing before you sign anything.
